Allowed Usage

Auto Posts provides scheduling and publishing tools. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, schedule, or publish using our platform.

You agree not to use Auto Posts to create or distribute content that:

• Violates the law of your country or the targeted country.
• Violates the terms of service of social media platforms you connect.
• Contains or promotes:
  • Gambling
  • Escort services
  • Adult/18+ material
  • Binary options
  • Scams or misleading “get rich quick” schemes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

User Content and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of all content you upload or schedule.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
• Auto Posts is not responsible for missed or failed posts, lost content, or account suspensions imposed by social media platforms.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Auto Posts, including its software, design, branding, logos, and features, are the exclusive property of Bold Horizon Inc.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Service.
• All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company.

Third-Party Services Disclaimer

• Auto Posts integrates with third-party platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
• We do not control or guarantee the availability, reliability, or functionality of these third-party services.
• Outages, API changes, or restrictions by third-party platforms may impact Auto Posts functionality, and we are not responsible for such interruptions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bold Horizon Inc, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service.
• Content you upload, schedule, or publish through Auto Posts.
• Violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Service Availability
