Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is made effective by and between Bold Horizon Inc. (d/b/a Auto Posts) (the “Company”), and the purchaser of the Auto Posts subscription (hereafter “Client”). By subscribing to Auto Posts, Client agrees to the terms below.
1. Digital Product Usage
Upon subscribing, Clients gain access to the Auto Posts platform, including scheduling tools, content templates, and related features, for as long as the subscription remains active.
Each subscription is for individual business use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
2. Fees and Payment Processing
All subscription fees are billed securely via Stripe. If a payment method is declined, Clients must update their payment method to maintain access.
If payment fails and access has already been granted, the Company reserves the right to collect outstanding fees.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Terms
Auto Posts subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances below. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Forgetting to cancel a subscription.
- Non-usage of the Service after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction due to lack of results (as results vary by user).
Refunds may be issued for:
- Proven technical issues caused by Auto Posts that prevent use of the platform.
- Billing errors attributable to the Company.
3.2 7-Day Refund Window
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment if:
The Service was not usable due to a technical issue on our side, and
The issue was reported to support during that time.
Refund requests beyond this 7-day window will not be honored.
3.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, Clients must either:
- Email contact@autoposts.io, or
- Reach out through the Auto Posts in-app chatbox.
Refund requests must include:
- The account email address.
- The reason for the request.
- Supporting evidence (if applicable).
The Company reserves the right to deny requests that do not comply with this Policy.
4. Free Trial Policy
- Auto Posts offers a 14-day free trial.
- A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Failure to cancel the trial before it transitions to a paid subscription does not qualify for a refund.
5. Warranties and Liability
The Company makes no guarantees as to specific results from using Auto Posts. Client acknowledges that outcomes will vary by user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, terrorism, or third-party platform outages.
7. Entire Agreement
This Policy forms part of the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and may be updated from time to time.
