We use your information only to:

• Provide and operate the Auto Posts service.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send important updates, service notices, or support messages.
• Share optional product tips, templates, or promotions (you can unsubscribe anytime).

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

Payments

All payments are handled by Stripe, a trusted global payment processor. Your credit card details never touch our servers and are secured with industry-standard encryption.

Your Content

You always own your content. Auto Posts does not claim ownership over posts, media, or other material you upload.

We only store your content to make scheduling and publishing possible. If you delete content or disconnect a social account, related data is permanently removed.

Social Media Connections

When you connect social media accounts (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or X/Twitter), Auto Posts only requests the permissions needed to schedule and publish the posts you create.

• We do not store your usernames or passwords.
• Any access tokens issued by social media platforms are securely encrypted and used only for scheduling and publishing your content.
• Disconnecting an account deletes the tokens immediately.
• We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third parties.
• Use of social platforms through Auto Posts is also subject to their own privacy policies.

Use of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) APIs

Auto Posts uses Meta’s Graph API to allow you to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts. This enables scheduling, publishing, and analytics features. We only request the permissions necessary to provide these features, including:

• public_profile, email – to authenticate your login via Facebook.
• pages_show_list – to display the list of Pages you manage.
• pages_manage_posts, instagram_business_content_publish, instagram_content_publish – to create and schedule posts on your connected Pages and Instagram Business Accounts.
• pages_read_engagement, pages_read_user_content, read_insights, instagram_business_manage_insights, instagram_manage_insights – to provide analytics and engagement insights for your connected accounts.
• pages_manage_metadata – to subscribe to Page events and manage webhook updates.
• instagram_basic, instagram_business_basic – to access basic metadata of connected Instagram Business Accounts.
• Business Asset User Profile Access – to display profile information (such as name and picture) for connected assets.

We use this information only to provide posting, scheduling, and analytics features. We do not sell, trade, or share this information with any third parties. You can revoke our access at any time in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Cookies

We use cookies to:

• Remember your preferences.
• Improve site functionality and performance.
• Analyze traffic to enhance user experience.

You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, but some features may not work correctly without them.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Your account data and content remain in our system while your account is active.
• If you delete your account, all data is removed from active systems within 48 hours and permanently erased from backups within 30 days.
• Certain data may be kept if required by law (e.g., tax/transaction records).

Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including:

• Secure servers with restricted access.

All transactions are securely processed by Stripe — we do not store payment details.

Auto Posts is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Auto Posts complies with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including:

• California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) – users can access our service anonymously, are notified of policy changes on this page, and can update their information by logging into their account.
• Do Not Track (DNT) – we respect browser DNT signals and do not plant cookies or use advertising when DNT is enabled.
• Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) – we do not market to or knowingly collect information from children under 13.
• Fair Information Practices – in case of a data breach, we will notify affected users by email within 7 business days.
